Review & Swatches : Too Faced Leopard Love Trio

I got this in the mail yesterday and posted a previous entry of the "untouched" trio HERE.

The packaging and the leopard print in the pans look really gorgeous and the pictures I took dont do justice on how pretty they are in actual. It took me a couple of hours before I decided to do swatches. hahaha!

Contrary to the first impression that this trio is overloaded with shimmer, i actually think otherwise. Check the swatches and short review below to know why.

(Didnt do heavy swatches so you girls can prolly see shades that would be closest to how it looks when applied on the cheeks)

The Bronzer (Bronzez) aka. Peach Leopard

^ while it was still new

^ruined the design :(

Initially thought that this bronzer was too dark and too shimmery (for a bronzer) for my liking as it appears to be deep chocolate brown in the pan when it was still untouched.
But when i swatched it last night and while the shimmer overspray came off, i was amazed by how gorgeous this bronzer is, mocha (has a bit of shimmer in the pan), peach and medium brown looks fabulous when blended, this blush has a tinge of orangey/peachy hue thats not too obvious, this would look really great this summer!

The Blush (Rougissez) aka. Candy Leopard (i love the name!)

^ after swirling a finger in the pan.

This blush shade is love! Its pale candy pink infused with very fine shimmer, when applied, it gives a dewy, not too frosty glow on the cheeks.

The cool pink part (refer to the pic when it was still new) has overspray, that makes it appear too frosty during the first application. But dont let it fool you, the succeeding applications will be less frostier. In the pan, the hotpink part is matte, the white part is actually pearly, and the cool pink part is infused with finely milled silvery shimmer.

If you love glowy, cool toned blushes, you will definitely love this blush.

The Brightener (Eclaicissez) aka. Pink Leopard

^ of all 3, this is the only shade i consider frosty.

Its a combination of Chocolate brown infused with golden gleam, pearly lilac, and shimmery pinky beige. In my opinion, this is fairly pigmented that it can also be used as a blush (stippling brush needed). The color is really pretty, I just wish it was less frosty.

Overall, I love this trio, if i were to rate it id give it 4.7 out of 5 stars. :)

Will I repurchase? I dont think so, coz I think this trio would last me long, the powders are finely milled and well pigmented.
